While attending university can be some of the best times of your life, it can also be very demanding on your health. It is important to remember to take time to care for yourself and your well-being. Being part of a sorority can provide you with a support system. With women from various backgrounds, there will be women who have had similar experiences as you. Whether you need someone to talk to, hang out with or celebrate with, there will be women to help you out.
