Health & WellnessWhile attending university can be some of the best times of your life, it can also be very demanding on your health. It is important to remember to take time to care for yourself and your well-being. Being part of a sorority can provide you with a support system. With women from various backgrounds, there will be women who have had similar experiences as you. Whether you need someone to talk to, hang out with or celebrate with, there will be women to help you out.
Additionally, the UBC Wellness Centre (located on campus) is a great resource for all aspects of your health. Check out the Wellness Center’s Resources to help you balance your life while at UBC! |
Panhellenic Resources for Sexual Misconduct
The executives of Panhellenic has put together a document with the help of UBC's Sexual Violence Prevention and Response Office (SVPRO) to help support survivors of sexual assault and drugging incidents.
We believe you and you deserve support. It is never your fault. You get to decide what is right for you, and we can help connect you with options and resources.
If you have experienced any type of harassment, sexual or gender based violence/harm, or misconduct, there are resources available to you within Panhellenic, on campus, and in the community. You get to decide who you are comfortable speaking with. Below is a document that includes a list of some of those options; your Panhellenic President and Chapter President can also talk with you about your options, as can a Support Team member at SVPRO or SASC.
